Brittany Lane Housing Co-op consists of 58 townhouse units with fully fenced backyards and 4 appliances (washer/dryer, fridge/stove). They are two story units with unfinished basements in the two and three bedroom units. We are centrally located in Sherwood Park, near shopping, schools, churches and transit.

| Our housing charges are increasing August 1, 2011 as follows:
2 bedroom - $955.00 per month
3 bedroom - $1005.00 per month
4 bedroom - $1055.00 per month

| Pet Deposit:
$300.00 is due if you have pets when you move in. This will be refunded upon vacating the unit if there is no pet damage to the unit.

Units are grouped together in duplexes, triplexes and four plexes. We have an onsite playground in the center green belt for use by the children of the members of Brittany Lane.
A common supermail box is located in front of the community hall. Mail is not delivered individually to each unit.
The majority of the units have received new flooring throughout as well as painting in neutral colors. They are well maintained and we take pride in our community. By doing a majority of the work ourselves we keep our housing charges well below market value.
We have a central hall/office area which members are welcome to rent for a nominal fee for personal use such as birthday parties, Christmas, or other events. See our Property Manager to rent the hall.
Note: Each member is required to carry content insurance. We are able to offer Co-op members discount insurance through the member guard program.
