Nestled within Sherwood Park’s small-town atmosphere, Brittany Lane offers residents a cozy, tightly knit community close to Sherwood Park Mall, Millennium Place, public transit, the Anthony Henday, and countless stores and services.

An urban centre rife with green spaces, bike paths, parks, playgrounds, and picnic areas, Sherwood Park offers a harmonious blend of urban and rural experiences in a suburban setting.

An Intimate, Welcoming Community

Constructed in 1992, Brittany Lane includes 58 townhomes: 9 two-bedroom units, 31 three-bedroom units, 15 four-bedroom units, and three mobility homes.

Our intimate community of dedicated, proud, and like-minded residents work together to make Brittany Lane a welcoming and nurturing place to live.

Units are grouped together in duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes. We have an onsite playground and enclosed sport court in the two green belts on the property that are open for the community to enjoy.

Empowering People With Special Needs

We believe in giving back to the place we call home and empowering people with special needs to enhance their quality of life.

We enjoy a close partnership with The Robin Hood Association, a non-profit organization based in Sherwood Park, who are committed to excellence in assisting individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal best.

We allocate a number of our townhomes for The Robin Hood Association’s special needs clients to help them experience a satisfying and fulfilling lifestyle based on personal choice, dignity, and respect.
