Join Us At Our Open House

If you are looking for a place to put down roots and are curious to learn more about co-operative living, then please join us on Saturday, June 29th for an Open House.

You will have an opportunity to learn more about Brittany Lane, view a couple units and chat with members who are passionate about this sustainable model of housing.

Why Choose Brittany Lane

Constructed in 1992, Brittany Lane includes 58 townhomes: 9 two-bedroom units, 31 three-bedroom units, 15 four-bedroom units, and three mobility homes.

Our intimate community of dedicated, proud, and like-minded residents work together to make Brittany Lane a welcoming and nurturing place to live.

Units are grouped together in duplexes, triplexes and fourplexes. We have an onsite playground and enclosed sport court in the two green belts on the property that are open for the community to enjoy.
